No Job Too Big or Too Small

Why Choose Us

McPherson Tree Care is a family owned and operated business started by Ryan in 2020. With more than 10 years experience at the time, he saw the need for an expert and reliable tree company in the Matamata Piako area. With an expert team, and a comprehensive fleet of equipment, you can be assured that you will get the best care for your trees.

Our Approach

We understand how trees add aesthetic and monetary value to relevant properties and infrastructure, and so will always offer a prune before removal approach. This enables us to keep our community green and flourishing.

We also believe a prevention approach is key to a safer community, making sure trees and vegetation are appropriately maintained, so that when a storm or other event hits, there is minimal damage, thereby minimising danger to the community. The extra attention to detail now, will ensure healthier and safer trees for many years to come.

Our Purpose

Our local community is our first priority. We have grown slowly and a lot of our work is repeat clients and word of mouth. We enjoy engaging with locals and we have great relationships with a lot of them. As we are slowly branching into other areas (no pun intended!) we hope to build more relationships going forward.

Offering High Quality Tree Care at Affordable Prices.

We cannot thank Mcpherson Tree Crae enough for making our property safe after a tree fell and knocked out our power. After a long day clearing roads, they got to us at 7:00pm and didn't leave until after 9:00pm. A huge day for them but it certainly eased our minds. Thank you so much, I know it was time away from your families and we wanted to publicly acknowledge their hard mahi.

Ryan took care of a double-headed pine tree that was leaning towards our house. He did a great job, I highly recommend him.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mcpherson Tree Care and their crew. Awesome job from start to finish. The trees were well overdue for a tidy up. I love walking and driving through them again. See you next time.
